On the Model 3 the rear glass runs up into the roof as one large piece. That is a lot of glass to cut and fit, and it is where most of the heat comes in. Ceramic film is the usual choice.

Nevada law: the front side windows must let through at least 35 percent of light. The windshield can only have film on the top strip. Read the rule.
