Tint and PPF by vehicle
What to know about window tint and paint protection film on popular vehicles in Las Vegas.
-
Tesla Model Y
The Model Y glass roof lets in a lot of heat in a Las Vegas summer. Ceramic film on the roof glass cuts heat without making the cabin dark. The door glass is frameless, so we take care at the top edge when we trim the film.
-
Tesla Model 3
On the Model 3 the rear glass runs up into the roof as one large piece. That is a lot of glass to cut and fit, and it is where most of the heat comes in. Ceramic film is the usual choice.
-
Tesla Cybertruck
The Cybertruck has a glass roof and large side glass. Ceramic film on the roof and side windows cuts heat. The front side windows still have to meet the Nevada 35 percent rule.
-
Ford F-150
Many F-150 trims come with factory privacy glass on the rear windows. That glass is tinted inside the glass, not filmed, and blocks less heat than ceramic film. We can add film over it to cut more heat.
-
Toyota Tacoma
If your Tacoma has a sliding rear window, the film is cut to fit each panel so the slider still opens and closes.
-
Toyota 4Runner
The 4Runner rear window rolls down into the tailgate. Film works on it, but we trim it so it clears the seals each time the glass moves.
-
Jeep Wrangler
Window film is made for glass. On a hardtop Wrangler we tint the door glass and the hardtop windows. Soft-top windows are flexible plastic, so ask us before you book. Doors that come off can come in separately.
-
Chevrolet Corvette C8
On the C8 coupe the roof panel comes off and the cabin sits close to the windshield. Ceramic film on the side windows cuts heat. The front side windows still have to meet the Nevada 35 percent rule.
